Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded (the day your paid subscription was activated).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Simon Huang, Weinbergsweg 10, 10119 Berlin, Germany, e-mail hello@flatsignal.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail, a Telegram message to @flatsignal_bot, or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the law allows us to charge a proportionate amount for the service provided until you informed us of your withdrawal. We waive this: if you withdraw within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses. Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (Simon Huang, Weinbergsweg 10, 10119 Berlin, E-Mail hello@flatsignal.de) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. E-Mail, Telegram-Nachricht oder Brief) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden. Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Auf einen anteiligen Wertersatz für bereits erbrachte Leistungen verzichten wir.
